Fun

This game was worth the money. I enjoyed it very much. The 3D graphics made it stand out more than other mahjong apps that I've downloaded before.

Great

Almost as great as playing it on the computer. The graphics are great not complicated to use and very entertaining.

New twists to a great game!

Dirtbagbalz

I'm a huge buff of the classic game so when I saw this app I jumped on it. When I saw the amazing graphics and the many different options and styles to play I knew I would never get bored. Very great full for such a time consuming game, allows me to escape every now and then.

Does not keep track of wins

djezz12

The graphics are very nice and there are many layouts. However it does not keep track of which layouts I have won. Also, maybe because I wasn't online the first time I played it, but it never set up my user name properly. It also crashes when I try to create my own game layout and play it. It may be necessary to reset the iPad after crashes to get the game to start again after a crash. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it several times to no avail. The developer gives no support -- emails are unanswered after many months. You're on your own with this one if it's not working properly.

Great Game - But has some bugs

5teve5

The game is great and generally plays very well. Hugh Allan does seem to develop the best MahJong games on both iOS and MacOS, but he is not good at keeping the games current as the OS evolves. However I do see some significant bugs in the game. For example there are some tiles that incorrectly get matched to tiles that are not identical. This error appears to be consistent so you eventually can learn these mismatches. I have played other Mahjong games by Hugh Allan and this bug is not in those games. Another error appears if you restart the game while a hint is displayed. The game seems to place the "hint" tiles under the main board.
