Unable to connect to Facebook account

I am no longer able to connect to my Facebook account using this game which means that I cannot continue on the level I was. So I lost all my progress which was very high. I have written 4 emails to DreamIn games support. But they are not answering any of them and they are not fixing the issue either. Do not buy this game or any of the DreamIn games. Support is not good at all.
Unable to receive coins without purchasing

This is really the best mahjong game i have played except getting coins is almost impossible unless you're willing to spend money. Plus they aren't cheap. I sent friend request in order to receive free coins but it wont give you a single coin until a player passes level 1! Really??? Then you only get 1 coin per player that completes the first level! I'm so not happy right now

I spent over $20 for coins and all of a sudden I log in today and my game is restarted back to the beginning. Don't waste your money.

I wish that when I want to set a friend a gift that it would send it to just the friend that I typed in. Instead it brings up a list of some of my friends minus the friend that I chose. .
