Won’t load multiplayer

I am having a hard time playing multiplayer. It is always loading and I never get to play with someone else

5th Review The app was updated to add a couple more levels for the Hard section; still the games completed do not correctly show your scoring accomplishments. I wonder how many times you have to finish a game with three stars in order for it to register? 4th Review: ALL games are finished with three stars with the new phone. (Easy, Normal, Hard & Add a Game levels). However, the game achievements only show me 1% completed in all levels. I wonder what the secret is to get the game to update current accomplishments? 3rd Review: when you get a new phone; the data for the game doesn't move over to the new one. So, I had to start over; I've now finished (with three stars ✨) all of the easy & normal games. Unfortunately, the game achievements do not properly show that I finished all those games in both the easy & normal games. 2nd Review: Ive finished all games with three stars ✨; however the game won't recognize the accomplishments. After a recent update, some of my three-star wins were removed & turned back to two-star wins. Bummer!!! Original Review:I've completed all levels but the achievement portion of the game doesn't show it. Before this I didn't care as long as I at least finished with two stars; now, I'm just looking to find more to accomplish.

Fix it so I can play and listen to music

No multiplayer connection

I’ve completed all available games with 3 stars and all levels. I’m told to open the locked games I must complete “multiplayer level” first. That step does NOT work! It finds a player, I tap that name, it says “invitation sending” and it spins it’s wheels forever! Never connecting to second player. She tried inviting me. Same problem. Impossible to continue the game. Now what? Also. You can’t get app support without going to Facebook. I do not do Facebook and will not. When will this world stop revolving around Facebook? Ridiculous!
