The game tends to freeze, can't select the undo button making me lose. Don't like the fact that it matches me with my opponent that is 2 levels above me. A little unfair.

This game is fun and addictive but becomes annoying when the messages block you from playing giving the opponent an unfair advantage, also when it says connection lost and you lose your credits.

Love most things about this game but you guys need to step it up over there. There are a few basic things that are terrible. The messages that keep telling you that you are about to lose that prevent you from playing for like half or more of the time you had to try. The fact that there is no tutorial page that tells you what symbols go together. I still don't know past the first round flowers because I'm afraid to try matching random ones. You only get 2 try's & round over! The snowballs are out of control. Has anyone in charge actually played the game ever? Even as the one winning it just give you waaay too strong of an advantage. If they were half of the number of snowball a maybe. It would be amazing to have a single player or practice mode because of the snowballs it's impossible to be a new player learning you get crushed. You guys have a great game on your hands though thank you!

I used to love playing this game, but lately it's just problem after problem. Other players seem to be able to shoot ice shots constantly, effectively blocking my board the entire game. Today, the game repeatedly crashed, costing me coins and money. You really need to get with the program and fix these issues.

I’m so obsessed with this game but it is super frustrating that whether I’m on WiFi or not it keeps saying connection failed reconnecting and then brings me back to the home page and I lose my coins!! I have a fine connection its getting on my nerves to the point where I want to stop playing!

I love this game and am totally addicted, however, there are some frustrating aspects... The message that comes across the screen blocks you from making moves, these messages relate to the other player being done and you have 45 seconds to beat their score, the message cuts that time to about 30 seconds. The other message that pops up alerting you that you are way ahead also prevents you from finishing the board for a few seconds. Lately, I have not been able to watch videos to earn diamonds either...I guess they want you to spend more money. Sometimes the game freezes which is super frustrating...that's why I gave it a 4 instead of 5.

Some how players are taking control of my game so they can win, why cheat? As I’m playing they can replace tiles I’ve taken off the board and also freeze the board to where I touch a tile and nothing happens. How can that be? I spend money to play this game . After I use up my credits I’m going to delete this app. No fun if players have to cheat to win

I really like this game I would’ve given it 5 stars but lately the game crashed multiple times in a row and cost me my chips and it counts as my lose.

I love the game! Best Mahjong & duels game. I agree the freeze lasts too long and now they don't offer the ability to earn free diamonds! They are way too expensive to buy. So excellent game that could use improving in several areas.
