Ok, I previously recorded videos of my children and uploaded to Telly. What has happened to them??? Let me download my videos!? All of a sudden, Telly has become a OTT, Crackle, Netflix, Amazon Video wannabe!?

But I think it's not fair that anyone can rate even if he/she not subscribed or registered. I think this is really major thing might effect users impression when they want to see anything in the App. This what I noticed for now anything more I will update my comment.
