The annual subscription with discount is cheap, but otherwise the app design and interface is really bad. Not easy to find the latest issues of your favourite magazine. A redesign focussed on what the reader actually wants to read will be great.

There is no way to cancel my subscription. The website and app don’t have a way to cancel subscription. It just sits there and says it’s loading but never loads the page. This is a horrible app.
No real offline download!!! Scam!!!

Need internet to read your downloads!!! So don’t bother subscribing! No internet no mags! Constantly have to find internet to just read my downloads! Does not keep my purchases on my iPad or phone app!!! DISGUSTED WITH THIS SCAM AND INCONVENIENCE!!! Sept 9, 2020 Still the same hastle! Now issue #4 isn't opening. Still having to download what's rightfully mine. No real sustainable permanent download for offline viewing or storage.

Don’t sign up for a GOLD trial subscription - the option to cancel it doesn’t work, some of the magazines don’t even load and they’ll take your money before bothering to reply to a mail and letting you cancel. I’ve been waiting days for a response and still no valid option to cancel. It’s a hoax to steal your money!

Advertises that they can give you 5,000 + magazines to read. The majority of them are useless. Most all credible magazines they list require you to buy a regular subscription to read. In some cases, the price you would pay through Magzter is more expensive than if you order directly from the publisher. What a scam. Been waiting 2 weeks to get back my promised payment. UPDATE: See the developers boiler plate, lame response to my negative review. A marketing pitch but no answer to my complaints. After 10 emails over 2 weeks I still haven’t received my refund on the 7 day “trial” even though I cancelled the subscription the 2nd day. It’s a fraudulent scam and my credit card company is investigating. Run, don’t stop and buy this worthless piece of junk. The 2 founders are nothing but con artists and should be investigated for deceptive advertising and fraud. Apple needs to get their act together and remove losers apps like this from the store.

Misleading and not as advertised. I paid for a year and then saw I would have to pay for other mags if I wanted. What a ripoff. I got a refund. Disappointing and definitely not recommended

It was good when it worked right. I have had a Gold subscription for a long time, but there have been several times the app has suddenly dropped my membership, and I have to contact customer service to get it back. Lately, it does it every month, and customer service makes me provide them a receipt each time before they restore the subscription. It did it again today, so I cancelled my Gold subscription. Going with Apple News+ instead.
