I really want this to work

I downloaded this app not too long ago, this new update is the first one that I have had. Unfortunately it doesn't fix my main problem with the app previously, the fact that it won't load at the beginning after you answer the seven or so questions. I really want to use this app -- PLEASE LOAD!
Misspelled words

I downloaded the app and went through the first few pages and steps and after the last step the page comes up that shows you how many calories to eat and how much weight you'll be losing per week and I noticed that they miss spelled 'lose' and wrote 'loose', I don't know if I can trust an app or a plan that can't even correctly spell the word lose/losing

It seems like a good app but I'm on the paleo diet and the paleo coach section won't load any recipes so I can't use the app. Frustrating.

I bought this app in August and paid the $50 for a yearly subscription, and it just charged my account again not four months later. This is a scam, and I would not recommend to anyone!!!
