Very limited options. Everything is preset and you can’t change much with the video feature.

it’s a truth universally acknowledged that a stellar app with great everything must be in want of a trojan hit job. oops, i’ve done it again. i’m a big tech dealie and i gobble up every great app that comes along, promise to improve it because of course something excellent needs rich strangers to improve it. i then replace everything that makes it great with either lesser elements or nothing whatsoever, jack up the price, and coast along on past good reviews until, inevitably, im dead. parasites always destroy their hosts. vimeo is good with its own thing, but it became just another parasite when it bought this app and ruined it while still sucking money out of it.

Nothing like the award winning original

Recently reinstalled Magisto after not using the app for a couple years. Wow. The disappointment was heartwrenching. This version is nothing like the original. Nothing special. Lifeless. Uninteresting. Generic. I had to check to make sure this was in fact the app I used to love. It was. What used to be a diamond in the rough is now something that wouldn’t even catch your eye. Unsubscribing and moving on. I do believe the high star rating is from the good ratings of the original version. There is no way people like this version THAT much.

It rearranges your photos in ways you did not want and often cuts off images and even ads photos and videos that I personally did not even select from my album.

This app is good, but sometimes don’t want any filters or music! I am trying to make my videos to make a tiktok video! So let us make a choice if we want music & a filter or not! If you read this, pls let us choose! Because my first video wasn’t made how I planned to make it! :(
