App crashes when open profile account page

The app crashes when i open profile account on iphone 8, could u please fix this on next version.

I purchased a US phone number from them and tried using the App and ut is horrible. Besides the lack of support, which is email only, the App does not even work correctly in my iPhone When incoming call comes in it takes Several seconds for the app to respond and let you talk, almost every call is missed because people hang up. Many other issues which I tried to report but got the runaround and was told team is working on it. Now I’m stuck with a phone number that I cannot port and can not forward, no option. Yes it was cheap $9.95 for a year. But you are better off with a pAid service that actually works. I could not give less than one star, but it doesn’t even deserve that. STAY AWAY

Attempts to sign in an receive message "your account is unable to use this service" or something along those lines, have used magic jack for 5 years, their regular all still does not support callkit, not interested in a company so unproductive...

The number I received was being called often by unknown people. If the phone was locked, you could not answer it. It would drop the call. No missed call info. I purchased this in order to call my friend in Canada, only that never worked, so I was getting calls from strangers that I couldn’t answer or tell them to stop calling. It is coming up on a year, and I really don’t want them to charge me for a service they never provided me last year...good luck trying to cancel this app. No apparent way to cancel. Worst app/service everrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!

If you have the prior version and it works DO NOT download and install the latest release. It doesn’t work and magicJack knows it doesn’t work and doesn’t have a fix. When it come to making VoIP calls your cellphone is as useful as a brick!!!!’

Top up issues

This use to be my best app for calls. Until I couldn’t top up minutes anymore.. the problems starts from trying to log in. Then when you do finally log in. To top up or purchase anything becomes a problem

I have used this app for two years with no issues. Apple auto charged 9.99 for the subscription but the app would not connect. I called Magic Jack and was told I would need to purchase $43 worth of magic jack equipment even if I never used it. BS. Not getting my money and hope others follow. Canceled, disputed the charges, and deleting the app. FaceTime, iMessage, WhatsApp, and Hangouts are better anyway. Terrible service.
