I've played other games like this and they quickly deteriorated into making a win impossible unless you funneled money into their coffers. Not so this one. So far.

Originally, I had issues with access to the "wildcard" option which resulted in a negative review. Customer support contacted me within 24 hours and after explaining why I posted the "-" review, I was told that a glitch might be the culprit. Step-by-step directions were provided and, after following them, the glitch was gone and the fun and enjoyment replsced my earlier frustration. Thanks from me, this vendor responds and cares that a user is a satisfied customer. Consider me that satisfied customer and let the games continue!
