Hello I have ad problems I try to unlock a new song but they won’t let me claim 5 somola and it’s not working at all

one of my most faverite apps:）this is a perfect game for piano

I’m giving this game a four star, and The reason why is when I use ads to get coins, It doesn’t work! And my composer won’t work, says, Composer not available right now! Please fix! And maybe a 5 star!

So I had this app many times before, and I’ve been trying to get coins. But since I’m using the ads I’ve ran into the problem, Half the time it just makes me watch the ad and I don’t get the coins like I’m supposed to, and I’m not going to get vip or buy the coins. And the annoying amount of ads, I understand people need to get money but literally after everryy song? And all the more accurate songs are all VIP and not everyone can get VIP I’m getting kinda annoyed, I don’t wanna delete the app if it’s going to get fixed but it seems that way. I’m sorry this is long

Won’t open anymore

I downloaded this before and was able to play it for a while but then it stopped opening. Like the app itself will open but it never loads. I have waited like five minutes in the past but it never loaded. I redownloaded it last week to see if it had been fixed and it worked twice and then did the same thing. Very dissatisfied. And I loved the app itself but this was just disappointing.

It scams you. It’s impossible to get smoola without paying. It says you can get it free with sharing and watching adds and I do it and when I’m done it loads and I still have the same amount. They make money and give you nothing in return.

Option to Delete Songs

I’ve loved this game for so long, but over time there have been many songs I once liked to play that I don’t even play anymore. I do wish we could have the option to get rid of songs we don’t like, or accidentally have duplicates of. If this were a feature, I would give it five stars.

They ruined this app

I loved this app. Really enjoyed playing the songs. Stopped using it for awhile, just started it up again. It is impossible to enjoy this app now. “Free” songs that were free when I started are no longer free. They play videos all the time; video-watching at least equals the time spent playing songs. Constant interruptions. Balky operation. Getting to the songs is too costly in terms of time wasted and constant irritations.

Want to play a song? Watch an Ad. Finish a song? Watch an Ad. Finish an Ad? Watch an Ad. These aren’t even Ads you can skip, or mute much less, and my God they are LOUD. And if you miss clicking the X in whichever corner it randomly decides to put it in, it will try to download whichever app you happened to tap on. Other Free to Play Apps have plenty of Ads, but they’re nowhere near as in-your-face as the ones used by this company. And they want $20 PER MONTH to get rid of them?! Yeah right! I’ve had apps have a one time fee of under $8 that have provided phenomenal customer support and regular updates. Or at least make the ads quieter or mutable, or allow you to exit them faster. This app takes you prisoner if you want to even attempt to use the free version. Never again will I download anything from them.
