iOS 11 ruined app

After the update, my bulbs will not remain in a recognizable state. Every time I sync and group them, they disappear. Used to be really, cool. Now, I can’t use the lights.

The Problem With The Dawn Simulator Function

I love this light in many ways. However, I bought it primarily for its dawn simulation function, as it boasts a gradual wake up. Studies emphasize the need for a gradual wake up, and the app lets you set it for a gradual wake up. In reality, it turns on very very quickly. I set it to gradually wake me up over the course of an hour, yet it actually brightens fully within a minute or two. So, that is false advertising. I not only spent money on the light bulb, but also on a fixture that I could hang over my bed. I thought I was saving money because a gradual dawn simulator is typically expensive. Now I have to start all over again.

Hello. There is a glitch compatibility with iOS 11.1.1. I get the add device failed message. (I already had this app on the same phone and it worked perfectly) I have restarted my bulb multiple times and it still does not work with the app. I also have the app on my iPad running 11.0.3 and the app run perfectly fine.

All information and controls have disappeared from the app, replaced by a blank screen. Now I have a bulb that can’t be adjusted. Disappointed! ?

Great app! Still buggy for iPhone X

Not optimized for IPhone X and unable to see Bluetooth connections. Now have to carry around my old phone just to make my rgbs work :( please update for iPhone X

Music function won’t work

Would be a 5 Star review but when music is imported it won’t play, and the music won’t dance to it. It works through the mic function but the reactivity of the lights isn’t as good since the import music function is inoperable. Great app though!

Great app, bought it specifically for the mic and music function and I’m loving it except for one thing, is there a way to make it where it uses only one color and/or a set of customized colors? Thanks.

App worked perfectly fine before newest update. However, now it will not pair with my lights. I have reset and tried to troubleshoot everything and they still will not pair. Please update this app.

i wish you could play through another music app through the music dance feature. the microphone isn't as accurate so i don't like using that, and i don't keep my music on the apple music app i use spotify. so if they could add that in the future that would be nice
