Seven Color Crossfade feature does not work

As of today all of my Magic Home smart lights are now stupid lights that do not work with Alexa. Have rebooted all devices over 20. Alexa says “magic home devices are having problem and magic home has been alerted”. Well I now have much money invested in garbage light devices with no resolution. DO NOT BUY MAGIC HOME DEVICES. I have 2, but my 3rd one is acting up

I love my other 2, they are great. So I bought a 3rd one and for some reason, even after resetting it multiple times, I will not show up in my Wi-Fi. It continues to blink, sometimes rapidly and sometimes with 4 seconds in between. I’ve looked all through the FAQ, and have done everything you said to do. Please help!

I think the app is great. I like making custom functions and all of the new features that get added. And of course messing around with color. But I can never get my phone to connect the wifi it puts out. I can only ever get it to work if I factory reset the lights. And I can only get it to work the first time I try it after I reset. If I disconnect after that first time. It never works again till I reset it…

After deleting the device from the app to try to fix an issue. I now cannot get the LEDnet to pop up on my Wi-Fi. Have tried several reset options including deleting the app and making new accounts, nothing has worked!

I have had these lights for less than a year and the have already broke. These lights or so so bad they are trash do not buy them they will break and not work after one year when my sisters she has a different kind and have zero problems and I have had a lot of problem I repeat DO NOT BUY THESE LIGHTS FOR YOUR KIDS OR YOUR SELF


Horrible connectivity problems

I’m trying to connect my new day better light bulbs and the WiFi network it’s telling me to look for doesn’t show up no matter what I try. I did every single recommendation and it just refuses to show up. The instructions are unclear and it doesn’t even work.


Constantly have to reinstall lights

The lights work fine when they actually show up in the app but I constantly have to reinstall them cuz the app can’t find them. I’m not sure why this is a constant issue. Once Install the bulb into the app, it should stay there forever. Every other day I have to completely reinstall the bulbs and even then, connecting them to the app is extremely hard and takes multiple attempts to even get it to connect.
