I loved being able to have the wait times and the restaurants menus were a huge plus! I wish the Park Maps were a little more descriptive. It would also be really awesome for people to be able comment about the rides or rate the rides.
Add waiting time at ticket window

I like the app so far. They need to add the wait time for the ticket window. They have 3 ppl working and over wait time. Its the longest line the park.
Watch interface stopes working

After the last update, the Apple Watch piece of the application stopped working. The app was automatically uninstalled from my watch, and does not even appear to be an option for installation anymore, even though it is still advertised that way in the App Store. The watch app was one of the most useful features. Overall I like the information that the app displays, it's update frequencies, this app is way better than the apps the theme parks publish them selves.

This app made my first visit to Universal so enjoyable. Having all the wait times currently updated was very helpful. The dining feature with the menus made it easy to decide what to eat. The map was very useful too. A must for newbies to the park.

I use this app every time I go to universal and it hasn't let me down yet. Only addition is to add a comment section in real time for users to keep up on ride changes such as unexpected closures or delays. Thanks!

The wait times showing are way wrong Don't recommend this app if wanting to use to decide how much time you want to stand in line
