Frustrated with what was a great app

I’ve used this app a lot and had nothing but good things to say. But recently after the painstaking task of removing the background in my pic and saving them with the transparent background, then trying to add them to my background images on other apps (something I was able to do with no issues prior) it comes with the white background. And unfortunately the “add a background” feature within the app isn’t exactly a good substitute for the projects I’m doing.

First app I find that truly erases the background of a picture and keeps the file with a transparent background. That makes it very easy to insert the picture on top of any other background and it is free!!!
