Small bugs but the devs are fast
DanMcKeown

The team responds very quickly to my questions.

Great potential
Durgeddin

My first issue with the app is that it slows down or becomes unusable when adding cards to your library. I have quite a few foils and trying to click back and forth with the app lagging very hard was frustrating. The second issue is the app has a hard time reading select cards from my collection some being Sheoldred, Whispering One, the prerelease version and Demonic Tutor and has issues selecting the right set that it comes from. Other than that it scans cards faster then the TCG app. Lastly the market tab is not available yet in the United states. I feel this app has great potential stateside.

Good but with minor bugs
Evil1220

All in all the app is great, there are a few technical problems such as when you try to edit a cards info and click save it doesn’t save the changes info. Other than a couple of problems it’s a good scanner.

Lack if feedback
Dafege

The app works okay but there are serious issues with how the app works. I.e. how editing a card just reverts back to what it originally assumed; Even though the app asked for feedback it didn’t actually respond when I gave it.

Great app for MTG collectors
Shockerizer

I was in the beta for this app on IOS and it is working very well. I am really looking forward to the implementation of the market section for US as this will really streamline trading and get togethers with new people. As for the scans, it has steadily improved since beta. There is always room for improvement and foils still have some trouble, but if you use a very neutral background, it really works well. I use a lighter grey table top and have yet to have a mis scanned card. With foils , it is important to have the lighting correct. Reflections from harsh light can throw off the scan. Make sure you have a broad lit area and not a direct beam. The dispersal of light makes for better recognition. This is not a fault of the app, but the environment and quality of the camera. I have not experienced the slowdown as I have been adding cards as another user reported so I can’t comment. It really can scan fast with proper lighting. Makes building your collection a piece of cake.

Inaccurate Prices & Very Buggy
Ryan Hruska Jr.

Spent about an hour scanning a collection and then sorted the cards by price. The app displayed the price of the cards incorrectly. It tried telling me that my Rofellos, Llanowar Emissary was $179.72, but when I clicked to see the market place value, it displayed it as $17.94. Very confusing. Additionally, the user interface is a bit clunky and unintuitive in some regards. Every time backed out of a folder I had, it would also duplicate that folder. Some of the cards would get deleted or duplicated randomly too. I don’t think this application is quite ready yet to be reliable.

Love it!
Batman v

Fantastic app. It needs some polishing like when entering cards manually under a deck it could have a more clean and attractive look rather than plain text. But can't wait to put this app to use! About time we have a great app

Needs a Ton of work before I’ll use it again.

Camera scanning function is out of focus most of the time. Scanner Works fine on TCG app so I know it’s not the phone. The scanning of cards or manually entering them is a tedious and un- streamlined. You have to exit the add card feature in between each card add as opposed to just continually adding to a list until you are done. Which can get aggravating if you are trying to price out a collection or keep track of decks. Takes about 20 seconds to catalogue each card and if you have a massive collection of decks, that is way too much time wasted on waiting on an app to work.

Quick and easy
bottlz

Quick to upload cards you scan to you library to see their value if your curious. Pretty cool!

Remember it’s a BETA people!
ImJoshHensley

The number of functions this app serves is amazing. As the app grows and is fine tuned, I am confident it will be the best mtg app on the App Store. The marketplace is simple to use, the news is tailored to match my interests. One drawback to the scanner is that it instantly starts scanning things, even things that aren’t cards. But I’m sure that will get touched up.
