Franchise part of app needs more work

The only reason I got this app was because I’m in an online franchise mode. I would’ve loved to be able to make roster moves like trading or signing free agents through the app. At least look at the awards. Can’t do much but advance the week.
Problems connecting to the servers

The last 2 months I’ve had problems getting on the app because I get a pop up saying can’t connect to the madden servers. It’s still happening and I’ll have the highest bars on my phone or my WiFi will be working fine but app just has some trouble connecting to the servers. I can’t even get on while I’m at work to post some cards that I still have to sell because darn app can’t connect to the servers. Please get this fix thank you!

This game is trash because you can’t even press any of the menu buttons. No one should even play this game. Why would ea release a update to the game that makes it so you can’t even play the game so no one should play this game.

You need to make it to we’re you need to confirm the amount you want to put in a player when you are trying to auction one. I had a player worth 325k I went to change the price and it registered as if I posted it and it sold for 150. This is absolutely ridiculous that you don’t have a confirm for something like this. You have one for when you bid and buy now but not auction. Thanks for costing me all that coin.

literally just downloaded this app and logged in and it is telling me to pick my persona and the only option it gives me is my brothers xbox and not mine so i can’t even use the app. get it together. don’t release an app to everybody unless it works for everybody
Bring in the option to do sets and packs

I believe this app isn’t to helpful with growing you ultimate team. I understand that we can’t play games since it’s and app but if we had sets we could actually use the ultimate team part of the app. This is where I grow my team from and I’m not really interested in the other game modes and I feel like sets would be a great addition! Also I believe that you should let the store be opened so players could open packs without needed to be on their console. This would be a great addition because t could provide a real way to make coins from the app and I highly suggest that you should add both of these!

The concept of this app is amazing and could be very useful if it only worked. Most the time it crashes no matter your connection to any network it still manages to crash. I've lost countless auctions due to it crashing while going to bid. Loading between tabs take way too long. Unless u have alot of time to stay on one bid then it's almost pointless to attempt. The only thing it's good for is to advance your franchise without being at your console. If only it would allow me to do zero stars.

Took forever to create an account. Now it doesn’t allow me to sign in and play. Horrible app. Was excited so that’s too bad.

This app is a pretty good idea but the only concern I have is that why not just make a store so we can buy points with iTunes cards that will transfer to our Xbox/ps4.
