I love this game so much but it won’t let me watch ads to get boosts. My internet connection is fine, and works with all of my other apps. Please fix it so I can enjoy this game again

There is an option to turn off sound and music in the game so I can listen to my own music, but the second an ad starts, my music stops and the ad starts playing its own sound. There should be an option for this to not happen at all.
