Needs A LOT of Improvements

This game is sorta decent, but could use some improvements. 1. More sound effects. e.x. groans, screams 2. More vehicles (fix red SUV, doesn't ride on bridges) 3. Ability to purchase clothes to customize the character 4. More civilians (hookers, pimps, yuppies, blue collar workers) 5. More animations (opening car door and pulling out the driver, kicks and punch combos, reloading) 6. Ability to purchase and enter safehouses 7. Gang territory wars 8. Health, armor and weapon pickups
At least I didn't pay money for this

The game is pure crap. Slow gameplay. No-one on the streets, clumsy and slow controls, and every annoying ads every 10 to 20 seconds. This game has the quality of a high school graphics class project. Very amateur. I would be embarrassed as a developer to release this joke of a game. Not even worth one star.
