Needs a fix for iOS13

Matt Steingard

Please have your mobile team fix the issue with misaligned/missing channel labels for iOS devices. I see your team hasn’t updated your app in 3 years, but I’m hoping this is a larger motivator to get a better version out to your users soon.

iOS 13 broke the channel labels

chilimac

The update to new iOS broke the ability to read the channel scribble strips in the ios app. You can see color but not words.

Needs Update!

Brandon B GBC

In agreement with the recent reviews, they need to update immediately! Once people update their phones to iOS 13 they cannot see the titles/labels for the ear channels in the app. This affects my entire team of musicians and vocalists (15+ people). Once this is fixed, I would give it a much higher rating.

Issues with latest IOS update

NewHope1

I’ve been using this app for a year successfully until the latest IOS update and labels are gone. Pleading with the app to update their end to get the labels back or I’ll be exploring other options. Really like it when it’s working...

Not optimized for iOS 13!!

GoodtimesXD

Worked great until I updated my iPhone 7 Plus to iOS 13. Now text is off center, I can’t change which pack I use in the app and there are no icons. Please update.

Channel labels no longer display

clayewi

The developer of this app is very slow to update it as necessary for iOS. With the change to iOS 13 the labels on channels no longer display making the app useless. Our 15 piece band found this out when we got on stage for a theater performance. Not cool.

PLEASE UPDATE THIS APP

Terler Snerld

Does not work well with the new IOS update. Both seasoned team members and new volunteers at my church can not decipher what instrument or voice is coming through which slider. Before the phone update this app was great, sub groups and labels were awesome. With the app out of date we do not have labels therefore mixing is difficult.

Glitches with new IOS update

Brennen A. Kelly

We’ve been successfully using this app for awhile now, however on all the newer iPhones you can no longer see the labels at the bottom making it difficult to identify channels. Everything else seems to be working fine. Please update as it is making it hard to use
