1. Please get rid of the silly OTP login and allow username/password login (with TouchID or FaceID) 2. Please provide usage information. You have the ability to charge me, but it is completely opaque!

I keep inputting my number and am just met with a message that tells me that I need to enter a valid prepaid number. It’s definitely my number as i receive texts and calls with it. This is atrocious. SINGTELs app is way better. Instantly login and see the card balance.
