Its fine when you’re still logged in but it kicks you out at the most inconvenient time and if you dont have an understanding driver you’re pretty much missing your bus. There have ben alot of times ive tried to log in but it keeps saying incorrect pw or email when i know its not. Prompting me to either wait 30 mins or having to reset my password again.
This app is good for one thing - buying a ticket. Try to do anything else and you can forget about it. “Planning a trip” doesn’t work at all. The mapping system is broken. Totally unacceptable hack of an app.
The app will kick you off at the worst time. The app keeps coming up with internal server error which is preventing me from using my ticket. If you gonna market something as usable. Please make sure it works first
This is the second time that my tickets have disappeared. The first time (08/23/19) was because I was switching phones. I went from an android to an iPhone and when I logged in, both of my 30 day and my single use tickets were gone that I paid $102 for. This made me miss an appointment which I had to pay a $30 no show fee for. Now months later (12/30/19), I have a 30 day pass that expires on 01/02/20 and another 30 day pass that I haven’t activated yet. I had to factory reset my iPhone last night and this morning when I backed up all of my apps from iCloud, my tickets were gone. Now I have to pay even more money out of pocket to make it to work today. What’s the point of me creating an account to buy tickets and then making me log in just for what I purchased to not be saved ??? I have no choice but to pay rn to get on the bus bc it’s 5:30 AM and customer support isn’t open until 8 am.
This app is just attached to a really bad company trying to spend the bare minimal to take care of themselves not the customers and they take advantage of those without a car I’ve lost my job cause the bus tracker is wrong and locked out of my account with no access to password reset just empty links to my email and I’ll buy a ticket on here and it will freeze the app and drivers don’t let me on the bus thinking I didn’t pay for my ride over all this would be great if it worked but it doesn’t so it isn’t wish I can give 5 thumbs down.
It keeps crashing when I try to buy a ticket. It stops the app and when I try to restart it it does it again.
it charged me twice an my tickets disappeared before I could use them I need a customer service number ASAP
Until I thought it was just me and this phone.. I’m having same issues as the person down below have. I ended up purchasing tickets twice! Where is the real customer support for this app ? Please correct this ASAP
It works great I use it everyday! Never had an issue with the app. To the person who claims you can’t get a transfer on this, yes you can I do it everyday! It’s not hard to figure out !
