This app includes downloadable versions of the most recent issues of Luxe Interiors + Design, available via in-app purchase. Readers can also subscribe to get first access to all of the newest issues as they're released. Print subscribers can read the digital version for the duration of their print subscription at no additional cost.
Digital subscriptions are optional, and last for one year from the date of purchase and cost $14.99/year, and are automatically renewed until canceled. Your credit card will automatically be charged for another subscription period (another year for annual subscribers) unless you change your subscription preferences in your account settings.
It’s decent but extremely disappointing that I can’t see a 2 page spread. The app only shows one page at a time. Can’t be that hard to update either
I have a paid subscription and cannot view latest issues, this is a constant problem. A subscription appears to be a waste of money.
It says “an error has occurred, update app” but there is no update. Tried deleting and reinstalling but that doesn’t work.
I receive the print edition. But the app tells me “not allowed to download this issue.” Tech services tells me to delete the app and reload. Possibly the worst app ever developed.
I paid for a year subscription. Some issues I paid for never showed up in the app, and then after an iPad restore, they all disappeared. The "restore issues" feature in the app doesn't work. Over the past 3 months, I've sent 7 messages to the company using the support email addresses and message feature on the Support tab in the app. They haven't responded to any of my messages or fixed the app. Don't waste your money or time.
I am so disappointed in this app. I love the magazine but continually have problems downloading the issues I want. So frustrating!
I purchased a one year subscription and have been able to only download one issues. The other issues that have been released since the purchase of my subscription won't even show up in the app. Have tried everything suggested in the f & a and nothing has worked. Sent multiple emails to support with no response. Paid for a full year and only received one issue. Waste of money and frustrating.
This company and app ought to do better. I subscribed to a print and online subscription a year ago, which I was excited about, but then only received one copy in the mail and was barely able to access the online content. The program does not display in landscape format. Then, the company had the gall to auto-renew my subscription.
Love this magazine and this app! I was having some difficulty adding my subscription and before I had to call I got an email for Emmanuel from the IT dept. telling me he saw I was having a problem and fixed it before I got the call out! Thanks again!
