Good but could be better

This app would be awesome if it allowed substitutions like substituting spicy tzaziki instead of the regular one that comes with some dishes. The spicy one is so much better. Maybe add a “notes” option. I love the Santorini bowl but sometimes I want the cous cous or hummus on the side. Most of the time I call the restaurant because the app doesn’t allow any order notes.

It’s almost usable. And its got all the right ideas and look and feel. But. You cant customize your order. Or at least i cant. For example. I always get a better beet bowl, no cold chicken. (Why is that even an option? Who orders that?) And instead order the Chicken kabob with it. However, you cant do that in the app - it will over charge you. Ive also had many issues redeeming special offers with the app. However, the California, La Canada, store employees are wonderful and have always honored the special offers, when i finally spoke up about it. They are the best out of all the different locations ive been to. Im always left somewhat disappointed whenever I've gone to another location. Im not sure what exactly makes it so different from the others, except maybe genuine positivity in communication and customer service, maybe? I dont really know. Im just glad they are still open. I hope they never close. Ill continue trying to use the app, but im not frustrating myself over it- i’ll just call it in for pick up...
Needs Notes or Allergy notation

I would love to use this app to order but there isn’t a way to say you have an allergy and to leave an item off because of an allergy. I have ordered and asked for things to be left off to have it on the plate when I pick up or have it delivered and when you have an allergy that’s frustrating.
App doesn’t work well on my phone

I’ve been trying to use the actual app for my iPhone 6s+ but its first page is asking for a country code with no legend or drop down to even look for a corresponding code. I can go to Luna Grill online to view and order something not using the app itself. So what good is it to download the app from the trusted site for iPhones and then be stuck on the first page entering my information? No one at the restaurant knows what I’m talking about and it’s been a very frustrating experience. Please fix whatever’s wrong!
No Password recovery

While the app is great when everything is working, it is impossible to use it again if you forget your password. I had to get a new phone and downloaded the app on my new device. I forgot my password from my old phone and have attempted the “forgot my password” link. Unfortunately, it never sends an email recovery for the password (despite saying that it will), even though the old app has record of my email. Because I only have one phone #, it also does not allow you to create a new account. I’m basically locked out of the product.
