I have read a few reviews and I agree this App is very tight and I myself had purchased coins to play but run out quickly. It does not pay and when you hit a bonus which is very slim they do not pay coins either. I will not purchase any more coins and I will stick to other Apps that provide a better quality of slots.

I love this app, I-play it daily. However, twice I was charged double, then tonight I purchased a lump of coins and the machine was acting up terrible, the spins wasn’t a complete spin, jumping all over the place. Coins wiped out in no time. How could I get a total refund????It’s hard to figure that out. who do I contact??? This is my favorite app, but some flaws must be worked out.

I’m on level 7600 with a vip 10 and the pay outs don’t get any better at one time you could win on the game but I’ve spent way way to much on coins. And the slots are getting tighter and tighter to make you have to buy more coins to play so for now I’m going to quit buying until it’s resolved if I can’t turn what little free play they give into something I’ll play other slot games you would think after you reach a certain level they would inbox more coins to give more of a instinctive to play instead of taking all your coins
