Don't win much anymore. I paid 5 million to play a tournament and it didn't keep the wins so I ended with 0.

This game deserves 0 stars. I have been a devoted player for 5 years. When AGS bought out Lucky Play, everything changed. Slots are very tight, hardly any decent wins, pathetic 4 hour bonus spins, and when you hit a scatter, what's with a zero win and it tells you better luck next time. Don't ever expect to win a jackpot, they don't exist anymore, believe me. I once had my balance up to 8 trillion chips. Because they are so tight, my balance went down to 7.5 billion. One week ago, I was playing for 15 minutes, had a balance of 7.5 billion, I was betting low, and had some wins. I finished playing and later that day I went to play again and my balance was only 13 million. Where did my chips go? There is no way I could have lost that much, playing that short of time and with betting low. It appears to me that I was never payed for any of my wins while playing. So I sent AGS an email explaining all this and asking them to investigate. It has been a week now and no one has bothered to get back to me. What's with that? Shame on you treating a 5 year customer with such disrespect. So, bottom line to anyone thinking of installing this app, don't. It is nothing but frustration. You can spin 100 times and not hit anything decent or get a scatter. If you do win something decent, it will take it all back plus a lot, lot more. You just can't win. And whatever you do, do not spend any of your hard earned money on this game or any of AGS's other games, they are all just as bad. If you give them any of your money, remember my words, you will feel like a chump. They don't care about us at all or they would make it so their games would be fun and pay a bit, but they don't and never will.

How many decks of cards are in the shoe that house is using. I've never seen more 21s more pushes and more beating me by one in my life. How can the house beat me 13 straight times in a row let me win one and lose 6 more games for a total of $380million w/only 5 wins ,the game is really rigged and the cards are stacked ? Game won't open

For the last two weeks the will not open to play. It get stuck on stacking cards and keep spinning. I have been waiting for an update hoping it will fix the problem. Haven't seen one yet.

This used to be my favorite game (and I have spent a lot of money on it). But ever since the last update I can't even get into it. Every time I try to sign it is says "there was a problem loading....try again". I have rebooted and still can't get on. Now what???
