I have been on Lucktastic for over a year and had FINALLY earned enough credits to get a $50 Amazon gift card. I was so happy when that day finally arrived that I could cash out on that card until it gave me an error message telling me I had to wait 24 hours because I had already cashed out on a card, which was totally false. I contacted Lucktastic support and they told me that their gift cards needed to be replenished and to try again in a few days. It’s been over a month and I still can’t get it. I feel like a fool to have wasted so much time on this app to end up getting screwed over by it. I realize it’s free to play, but I paid with my time and trust. If Lucktastic makes this right and stands by their rules and lets me cash out on the gift card that I spent so much time earning, I will gladly change my review!

Don’t try any scratch off with a prize over $5. There is no way to win them. All of the cards have either 1 or 2 symbols that you need to get, but never have 3. Only the prizes of $5 and less have cards that have 3 of the symbols you need

I've played for nearly a year, earned 130,000 tokens for the $50 Amazon gift card but now I'm told they are low on inventory. I was told to check back multiple times and I might get get "lucky" 14 days now of trying to redeem my tokens. Either they are a scam site or on the verge of shutting down. I've spent countless hours earning tokens and can't cash out. Don't waste your time with this company.

My log in finally was fixed but I’m really wondering if anyone else has won anything. I’ve played for months and months so far I won 1.25. That’s it- app team should really allow more coins to win or it will take years to get a enough to get anything good- I love playing the game- but it’s a little much not winning anything even a small win every once in awhile!!! Do better app team.

When I first downloaded this it was cool. Your never going to win money but you can collect tokens. The token “can” be redeemed for gift cards bla bla bla thats what they want you to believe. I got close to redeeming for a gift card. I only needed a few more tokens and now none of the scratch games load now. Bs app

This app is exactly what you would think. Too good to be true! The ads aren’t really the problem for me, if they are giving away free money then of course they have to pay for it someway, somehow. That’s what the ads are for. My issue is how they portrayed the game to the masses. I have a tech guy that looked up some of the so called “winners” they post at the bottom of the home page. They are all link back to Lucktastic pretty much meaning that they make fake accounts on their own. Then post them in their app themselves. Great scheme. The good thing is I won 25 cent, (the first day.) that’s a tactic the app uses to get you coming back, so I’ll keep playing I’m on disability now, so slowly but surely healing until I can work again. Maybe my luck will get better.
