Kind of infuriating
JahOkay

I downloaded this app and had trouble figuring out how the navigation worked. It wasn’t obvious to me how to progress to the next level or where to find what and sometimes I just couldn’t get it to play the next session. So I would try to use this in the car on the way to work and because the lessons were so short I couldn’t get into them before they were over, and I’d have to look at my phone over and over which I don’t like doing in the car, so it wasn’t great for taking advantage of my commuting time. The other thing I didn’t like was that each little session is 5 minutes long at most but approximately 30 seconds of it is taken up by “This is Graham Belchar (or whatever his name is), you’re mental training coach,” and then the same opening and closing on every single session. So listening to multiple sessions in a row in the car was super annoying because after a while the only thing I could think about was that I really didn’t want to hear that opening and closing message. The other thing that I found frustrating about this app is that the actual content is only 4-4 and a half minutes. It feels like by the time that you get into it, it’s over. I would like to see that whole “I’m your MC” opening and closing and the “stay lucid” thing at the end canned in favor of more subsistence. I felt like I was paying $10/ month to just hear “I’m your MC, stay lucid” over and over and over ad nauseum. So I didn’t feel like I got my money’s worth at all. I also signed up for the month to month subscription and was watching my account get billed, but then today I tried to use the app again cuz it had been awhile and it said that I haven’t been paying for it. And that makes me a bit nervous because I know I confirmed payment, so I have to check the subscription in settings later when its working again. I liked the idea of this app but I would love to see even a 10 minute session format with no opening and closing. “I’m your MC Graham Belchar, imagine a golden ball of light in the middle of your chest, all of your potential is in that ball, that was your mental training session. You are getting better already. You are putting in the reps, stay lucid, game right, see you next time.” Like no. Just no. Give me more content and less fluff at the opening and closing and maybe I’ll sign up again.

Misleading and spammy

What they should have been upfront about, is that YOU CANT USE THIS APP WITHOUT PAYING!!! They lead you to believe that you can, and that there’s just additional in app purchases. So you download it and get started. You are forced to listen to a handful of very REPETITIVE, and POINTLESS audios that don’t really tell you anything of substance, on what to expect with the app. But instead mainly just quote really cliché quotes, that anyone with personal development experience has heard a million times already. Then after u listen to all the forced redundant audios, and you think the program is actually going to start, it prompts you to give them money. There is absolutely nothing free about this app. You only get access to a really poorly put together rant, about how you need to come back every single day. That’s it. I’m annoyed with apps that claim to be free, but actually aren’t! So 1 star for your deception and wasting my time, only to money grub at me. While on the topic of personal development, I’m pretty sure it’s really bad karma to purposefully deceive people. And I don’t want any advice from people that lead their business with that kind of a negative vibe.

Great Tool

For anyone that understands Mental Training, this is a very good tool for developing the fundamentals of a sound mind. As a professional athlete, I listen to Graham just about everyday.

Confusing
Sim1919

I don’t find it user friendly. Not sure where I’m supposed to start every day. I wanted the monthly subscription and I noticed I got charged for the annual and also monthly. I tried to call for help but can’t seem to get through so I haven’t even used the app anymore.

The Best. Period!
TBuckey

I’ve tried several different types of renditions from mindfulness to Transcendental Meditation (TM), but this has far and away contributed most to my increased confidence and performance. It’s not as pretty as the other apps, but it does its job so I give it 5 stars. Being in sales, confidence is key and he’s done a phenomenal job with the audios to ensure that it’s at its peak. Thanks Graham!

Just started....
Thor's Hammer74

I just started my Lucid training about 6 days ago. Mental strength is a weak point for me. For me it has nothing to do with skill. The area I struggle with is confidence. Looking forward to what Lucid can do for me as both a firefighter and competitive trap shooter.

Great app with lots of potential for growth...
Mackcn

I really enjoy using this app and I find myself going to it periodically throughout the day for a boost in mindset. There are a few things that I would like to see changed / added... •The ability to create playlist •The ability to reference to a certain day or lesson you’ve heard. Rather then having to go to your history • Fast scrolling through an audio clip perhaps with a slide bar like most music players • Personalized name recognition with each motivational talk “I realize it would take a great deal of time to record all of those names however it would be an even deeper way to connect with each lesson” • Correct the noice you hear once you open the app. It almost sounds like a record skipping.

Not a free app.

It would be nice to state this isn’t a free app. You have to pay a monthly fee to even start using the app. Not going to try an app if I need to pay for it first. Not good.

Probably a good app
Ascisneros

It’s probably good but not good enough to pay almost 8 dollars a month.
