I fall asleep about five minutes into it and have some of the most incredible dreams. I can remember them very vividly when wake up.

I do not take my time to review any apps really. This is my first review. I am a college student, and this app is a lifesaver. Through the stress of finals, midterms, and term papers this app is completely reliable to alleviate all stresses.

Sadly, I already own the American English version of this app with the script read by an American male instead of a British female. I've found the other app to be pretty effective helping me sleep and my dreams are more vivid, and when I think back on the content of my dreams I recognize points when I should have realized it was a lucid dream but that I failed to act upon. I think this app is effective, though I've just re-purchased the same app I listen to every night.

Though it never really does what it says for me... I still don't really dream or remember them. But I fall asleep so much easier and most of the time stay asleep now. I really like the other programs in it too. It is so relaxing and so easy to get into. Even if it only helps you fall asleep it's so well worth the app.

I was not really expecting this to work the way it did I was amazed with the results lucid dreams is not impossible I highly recommend this app for anyone wanting to experience lucid dreams

This app gives great hypnosis, but no matter how matter times I listened to it I couldn't go to sleep. Is it something to do with my really bad ADHD? Anyway, I love the soothing voice and sound effects.
