Good but...

Haven't used it in a while but it definitely needed to have been updated since 2013.

Not a surprise to see that the app is mediocre at best, considering that LSU's main website, MyLSU, is mediocre at best... Criticisms: The resolution of the app is poor. Sharper displays should be applied to make the app at least look like it's professionally designed. From the get-go one gets the idea that this was an app made in the early 2000's. Secondly, your MyLSU account should be connected to the app! Who designs an app for an organization where login is secondary. The app should have a 'remember me' feature so that logging in to MyLSU is not necessary. I shouldn't have to tell you that this saves time AND frustration. Thirdly, there shouldn't be loading time between switching sections and clicking links, nor should switching sections cause a new 'portal' (tab) to be open. I know that seems unfair to say but Twitter, Facebook, and almost any professionally crafted apps are deliberate and immediate. This is LSU. It deserves the best ENGINEERED college app out there. Perhaps some bugs need to be squashed in the system, some recoding needs to be done, or even starting from scratch is the solution, but, one thing's certain: LSU's app & website need an overhaul.

Don't update

From BR

New app does not show the buildings like the old app. All Transit busses cannot be selected at once. App is kinda slow compared to old one. Old one was easy and simple.

The update helped so much!!

Needs better information

As a visitor, I expected this app to help me find visitor specific locations. Unless you know what building you are looking for the map isn’t very helpful. Also the search function failed every time. I should be able to find things like the visitor center, admissions, financial aid office easily. Frankly this was no better than Google maps.

Needs some love

This app hasn’t been updated in well over a year. As a result, there’s a lot of functionality that has been discontinued. Additionally, the bus tracking has degraded to the point that the odds are very low of the bus being where it’s shown to be tracked.
