I was not aware nor the restaurant was aware of my order. There are no instructions on the app that you must call the restaurant before picking up your order.

I live in Miami and recently discovered this app. I like what they do, it’s easy to use, nice and intuitive. I have several places nearby but it really depends on where you are, it seems they are adding venues weekly and also keep adding features. The deals are pretty good! And it feels good to get them while helping support local businesses. Keep it up Lovvett!
