Does not work. Keeps saying blur out numbers and retake picture. I even took a completely black picture and it said the same thing
Crash after taking picture

No good for me. I have sprint as my current carrier with the latest software. This app crashes as soon as I tap continue after taking a picture of my debit card! I guess ill have to bring proof in to a branch to verify.
Outdated, not very useful

I was told to download this app to have my activation fees at Sprint reimbursed and there's no information on how to do that, the only benefits I see are for new customers. The camera is very bad and unprofessional, very few discounts for being a member of a credit union, repulsive outdated design with a buggy UI.

It asked for my zip code to find a credit union. I entered zip and hit "done." But nothing happened. There was no other submit button so I could not get passed that screen.

App does not work at all. Keeps repeating same questions. Does not acknowledge your responses.

The app doesn't work. I was unable to upload my blank check or my credit card. It keeps telling me to use my fingers to blur out the account number and I have done so—and it still tells me that I have to use my fingers. Back to filling out form and submitting that way.

Ever since the rep who activated my account used this, I am getting 3-5 robo-calls a day. This app offers a discount because it blasts your number to every shady company they can imagine. Shame on them.
