This app is a must-have travel companion for members of the LoungeKey™ programme. With access to over 1000 lounges and a host of features to make your airport experience even more enjoyable.
How do I get started?
Once you have received confirmation that you are a member of the LoungeKey programme, simply register with your payment card details straight from the app and begin enjoying your time at the airport.
You can also register for the programme by entering your details at the website URL provided by your bank or card issuer. After that, all you need to log into the app is the username and password you have created on the website.
Why use it?
Our new design is sleeker, cleaner and easier to navigate and will let you browse useful information at all airports with a LoungeKey presence. You can search for participating lounges or let the app find one for you with LoungeKey’s automatic location feature. LoungeKey smooths the way by providing directions to lounges as well as additional details like the facilities on offer and opening times. Once you are logged in, you can even search and access lounges offline, avoiding any unwanted roaming charges.

Can’t add card to apple wallet

When I try to add card on apple wallet app gives me an error - “Failed to retrieve pass data from server” - Device: iPhone X - iOS version: 13.3.1 - LoungeKey App version: 4.11

I am canceling my Santander card

Now that the card is linked to lounge key I only have 10 visits per year. Priority pass is better. I will move to American Express or to Diners Club. So happy to be rid of Banco Santander

The receptionist requested QR Code for accessing the Lounge, created so much trouble for me. I also wonder why Lounge Key does not provide QR Code as Priority Pass, which is very convenient for passenger.
Good Looking and Simple, needs one feature

Just downloaded this app, and it barely took me a minute to set it up and figure out how to use it. Basically its a very nice looking app that is super simple to use. Its to the point and get the job done in the best way possible. Great that you have access to the lounges even without data. However the reason I am giving it a slightly low rating is because they should put a way to save some of the lounges. I am set to travel quite a bit, thus it would be nice to be able to save my lounges on my phone so that I can quickly pull them up. Getting this basic saved list functionality will make this app perfect in every way.
