Does its job

Does its job but would be better with added features like adding a QR code so you have one less card to carry and also adding the ability to manage your acct directly from the app.
Key missing feature

It works as advertised. It would be really nice if the app had a digital version of the membership card that could be used for entry instead of the plastic card.

Freezes on simple searches. Simply doesn't work well, aside from confirming existence of nearby lounges.

This app hasn't been updated to in a long time—it doesn't even fit the iPhone 6 screen size or larger. It also doesn't take advantage of features in newer versions of iOS. The app is pretty basic. It would be much better if it had lounge wifi passwords, better information on terminal locations (for example, if a domestic traveler can access certain lounges or if that airport's international terminal is completely separate). Lastly, it would be great if it allowed the user to input his or her member ID number. Hoping for an update for an app sorely needing it.

I will be deleting this app as soon as I leave this review. App has not been updated in 5 Years and is not compatible with iOS11. Doesn’t work at all.

iOS 11 has been out for several months and this app still isn’t compatible? No excuse. In fact, the current version is now 11.4.1 so this OS didn’t come out yesterday and the developers for this app are way behind, catch up boys!
