Could be really fun

I love stranded games where I get to craft survival items. This could be great, but it's very difficult and annoying to go to hit something and your character is sliding around. I don't mean sliding down hills. I could be standing on flat ground and my character slides different directions. So I end up having to walk towards the item, hit and repeat. Over and over again. If they could fix that it would be really fun, but at the moment it's really annoying.
