I think this was originally (when I purchased it for my PC), a Nat Geo game. You play the daughter of a woman just arrested on witchcraft charges in Salem of 1692, and you're trying to help her. Has a lot of the quirks of older games, for instance, you can't pick up something you know you're going to need until the game says you now need it. Not a big deal but, it has a very annoying "Heirloom" game which - in addition to the quirks, is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. (If you wish, see my hint for this at the end of this review.) Music & voiceovers are appropriate. The Journal has many helpful items including a MAP, although you can't teleport/fast travel. Hint seems to work ok. I haven't encountered any bugs or glitches. They did a good job on the enviro/immersion factor. Although most takes place at night, the game doesn't feel too dark at all. If you get stuck there are several walkthroughs available. Just google "Lost Chronicles: Salem Walkthrough." Hint: Find the rhythm of the Heirloom game and you have it made. When a stone lights up it makes a Click, if you will. You need to tap AFTER (but only about a half second after), much like a grace note in music: Click-(wait)-TAP. Sometimes it will go around the circle again with the stones placed differently.
