Missing prizes for winning the mini game within Lost Bubble

I have won prizes on the mini game, gems, coins, etc and it has never been added to my account...Could you please check to 8msure WE get our prizes for winning This is the second time I’m asking about the prizes on mini game within Lost Bubble, approx one hour ago I won and I still got nothing added to my account!!!!

Yet lately crashing periodically. I’ve tried deleting, shut down and still the same. I think there’s bugs to assess.

Redundant and obnoxious ads

I restarted the game on my cell phone after playing on IPad for over a year. I'm fairly experienced with the game. I learned to get as many gems and coins as possible and save them up for a while. This allowed me to purchase with gems extra helpers that are mine i.e.fire ball 2 per level for 76 gems. I do not pay for anything with real money. I gave the game 3 stars due to the very frequent redundant ads and the redundant Facebook pop up. FYI: FB hacked into my private saved documents and put it up on my FB page. I didn't care if it was for my eyes only--(as if I believe that). I had attached the document to a sent gmail. As far as I know I did not allow FB to have this info. Just be aware and check your settings on everything . Ok, off the soapbox.

Game mechanics are supposed to be fun. Ghost bubbles are not fun. They are annoying and I find myself asking why I am playing this game when there is a level with them in it. All that said, the game is awesome. Love the powers. I want more of them. Just not more ghost bubbles.
Update the game for prizes

There is not enough ways to earn free crystals and the crystals are too expensive. Other than getting a few prize chests off and on to get free lives you do NOT offer any other chances for free lives or crystals. You offer no discount on crystals to purchase. I refuse to purchase lives or crystals because the price is a rip off!
