I've been working on loosing the pounds I've gained this Winter due to stress and the holidays (I'm a teen) and also loving myself and feeling comfortable with the way I look. This is the first time I've tried it and it's very relaxing. It gives powerful suggestions to motivate me to make healthier food choices and not impulsive eating. Even if it doesn't help it makes you feel great and refreshed.

Ok, app is awesome because of the mans tone, speed and back round noise. Only thing annoying is weight loss 2, I always have to refresh every time !!! But still love it ?

I cannot believe this I went into a total trance the key is to focus on your breathing. I really really love this and it helped me so much even now after using it once I don't have any desire for foods that are bad for me. all I want is to see my best self there are no messages saying buy this at all and all I heard was talking about how to be your best self and lose that weight and I am so relaxed and happy and it really is a wonderful experience. Everyone should get this.and I didn't buy the full version I have the free version and I find the lose weight section to be fabulous.:)

I actually enjoyed the first free track. I purchased motivation to exercise for $4.99. I listened to it once, and when I went back a second time, it was locked and required me to purchase it again for $4.99. Unfortunate scam, bug, call it what you will, but I don't recommend the product because of it.

Good content, BAD Voice Audio

I have about a dozen of these Mindifi apps and half of them have very bad voice audio that makes the voice sound like it has electronic distortion or speaking through a voice changer. It's distracting enough to make me want to buy another app.

Love this app, but...

I love the Mindifi apps and have several. They have helped me quite a bit. The free part of the app alone is probably the most complete of all the track but I love the TV subliminal track. Major Glitch! I have to repeatedly restore the purchase of all the tracks of this app. every time I use the app.

Paid for something I didn't get

I loved this until I paid for the motivation to exercise and the next time I went to use it the thing wanted me to buy it again! So until I get back what I paid for this will stay at one star! Give me back my money or fix this please!

I love the entire series of Mindifi meditations. With this particular app I continue to have to restore my purchase - even if I just finished listening to a track. Tried deleting and reinstalling and that didn't fix it. Hoping some day they'll have an update to fix this bug. Absolutely worth 5 stars, only 4 due to unresolved tech issue.
