Pathetic development/maintenance crew

This is the second time the software team couldn't handle an event they put out. Game crashed lagged and a lot of us lost troops and wall destroyed because of it. To top it off igg decides to give a pathetic bonus for our "inconvenience". Usually it's a great game and would score higher but this is pathetic and it may come time to change games.
Solid game mechanics ruined by greedy, racist Chinese gms

This game had much to offer when I first started laying. The multiple ways to pass time, coupled with a few improved game mechanics with the addition of having Leaders(knights) do fun quests made this a fun vacation from Mobile Strike. The game packs are greatly overpriced in non Chinese occupied countries like the U.S. This created an unfair advantage to Chinese players, causing myself and other players to quit. The stats of players accounts were tweaked unfairly especially if a group of griefers complained to a GM. This caused unnecessary drama with many guilds and made playing LotdsMobile like viewing a digital version of Armageddon. The players are stupid, ignorant and lazy and get free packs by gms they are friends with in addition to many unseen bonuses anyone out of favor with a griefer would have restrictions put on their account making it hard to even beat a lower level despite having a superior Leader combo in the colosseum. My old guild had a stalker and we had to change our names because he was friends with larger guilds and he bullied smaller guilds with self described “teaching crap”. He made me more uneasy than any shady MS player ever did. He was misogynistic and from a country where it was very legal to rape and murder women and get away with it. Avoid this game and buy hard copies of full games on consoles. Too much has been spent to the tune people could have had bought new cars, houses or complete multimedia systems with the same money used on this game to “keep up” with players who are given freebies.

I have spent a good amount of money in this game. Been playing on my main account for a couple years. Then one day I can’t login to my account. IGG asks for the last three payments on that account which I gave them. After two days they finally email me that they need: 1) What city my account was created in. Which I gave. 2) and then receipts from November 2016!! I informed them that I deleted my emailed Apple Receipts and that I hope that showing them my current payments would suffice. They told me no and to basically kick rocks! I have been playing for two years. Think you would treat a customer with more respect! This is a poorly ran customer service department

I likes it. I only played because of the app make money but it was kinda fun. I just think I needed a better job understanding what to do

Don’t download if you watched an ad somewhere else, it’s all false. I have a year into this game and 100s of $ thinking the game will get better, a different kingdom will be better but it never does. The toxic Chinese rule everything and will put buy you every time. As a studying game developer this game has every point of the do nots we discuss in class, it has all the do’s of microtransactions and addiction of whaling. Technical support and account transfer is a joke. So take care and google what you need first.

I started playing this game because Final Fantasy XV is way too expensive to purchase gold and I was stuck. This game is amazing, I love the graphics and being able to watch battles. Thank you Nessy Martin
