Battery Drain

Love the protections but is anyone else experiencing battery drain? App is using 73% of my battery power when other apps are at 1-3%

Did not realize I pushed premium for this app. I was checking to make sure everything that needed to be on was turned on. I called Apple right away soon as I saw the charges to my account. Apple helped me turn off the premium package because there was no where in the app to turn it off. I told Apple I wanted a refund $32.65. They said it is up to app developers to give me a refund. Not fair a mistake is made and such a heavy price has to be paid. Crazy thing I received a message that my SIM card was removed and I was holding the phone the entire time. Refund is all I want! That’s it. I am not looking to trash this app. Just want fairness.
iOS 14 Lookout app doesn’t seem to scan for malware

If you go online you will read on Lookout’s website that their app scans for malware, Trojans, spyware, worms on my device but when I launch the app there’s nothing in there that tells me it scans for malware or spyware etc. so I’m not sure if it still offers this feature.

This seemed like it would be a good app to have but the VPN KEEPS turning off by itself even when I am online. And more frustrating is when it tells me it can’t notify me because I’ve turned notifications “off” — NO WAY, it is still turned on and I go thru this time and again!
