Please include a user manual needs operation instructions I would have never bought this camera if I would’ve known that this app is useless without instructions
It Works OK

The app seems to work OK, but it won’t record the alarm videos for more than 1 minute. I need to be able to record the alarm videos for at least 15 minutes in order for me to catch what I need to record. I have to piece together the videos in an editor because they come in 1 minute sections, which is a huge inconvenience. Also, I lose 30 seconds between videos because it won’t let me change the interval time between alarm videos to less than 30 seconds. I need for it to have either a zero interval time or no more than 1 or 2 seconds. They really need to fix this, I have lost some detailed videos because these two features are lacking.

We really enjoy having this for added peace of mind but there is no audio and I have no clue how to fix it.

The camera does its job, but when I’m out of the house the camera goes to offline and it doesn’t coonect. Help Please!!!!!!!!

The app is stable, I will give it that. Nearly useless without the ability to save a video file directly to your mobile device. Please fix this, all other similar apps have this basic feature.

Camera setup was easy, and so far it seems to stay connected...but there aren’t any instructions on what settings to use. I’ve been playing with the settings for a few days and have yet to find a way to record only when motion is detected. Without that feature the camera is virtually useless, since I don’t have time to scroll though hundreds of 5 minute clips when it records constantly.
