I would really like to try this app but as I was signing up I couldn’t find PayPal when searching up banks I think y’all should consider adding PayPal as an option as well so people who have PayPal can join as well

Used this app for a long time then they switched to a pay model and didn’t warn me before charging me. Any interest I made is more than gone. Started as a fun alternative way to save and ended up a bigger scam than banks, don’t bother

Was good so far until they launched Lucky Bounce. Every time you get a free ball (when you hit 25K points in the game), the system freezes and throws an error to exit the game. So basically, you neither get the free ball nor any savings from it! I wonder how this release passed Testing!!

I used this app for almost two years with no issues. I recommended it to friends and family. I really enjoyed the concept and enjoyed earning cryptocurrency in addition to money. Then, they did a major update where they introduced a paid model. Okay, not happy, but I’ll give it a try. Unfortunately I couldn’t even log into my account to try it out. They were having problems “verifying” me. This went back and forth with support for weeks and finally they just closed my account and refunded my cash. Unfortunately they kept my bitcoins and my in-game currency I had earned. I had no way to get into my account because I was locked out. No one could explain to me why my account could never be verified. I had used it for YEARS without any issues. Overall I’m disappointed with how this was handled. I liked the concept of the game and would be willing to try a paid model but not anymore. I don’t trust this company and they couldn’t even cash out the little bit of bitcoins I had earned. I do not recommend this app to anyone.

I was excited to try this app; however, can’t even finish the verification process to log in. It did connect to my bank account though which scares me but I will continue monitoring my account until someone from this company reaches back to let me know what is going on.

This app started as a great way for me to save, so I figured getting the debit card would be good for budgeting, even with the new requirements to keep the banking free. Couple things—the games are no longer fun because winning anything significant is impossible. Worse though is the time it takes for money to be transferred. I am now on day 5 of waiting for an ACH to clear. The money has been taken out of one account but is not yet available in Long Game. ACH transfers do not take this long with other banks!! This is probably the end of my Long Game experience.

You earn so little interest and plus your paying fees for them to hold your money. Spin a whell and win 5.00! You won! Oh wait it says i won a penny? Oh pay three dollars to win a penny! And if you have the unique postion of getting your mail at a po box not having a mailbox due to theft in your area, you will never get a debit card! Not ever because they do not care. I just coosed my account because of this. 17 emails andthey just laughed at me. Dont even deserve a whole star.
