Recommended for London where Verizon charge a kings ransom for roaming internet. This app doesn't need the net and I don't need Verizon in England so even the strong dollar against the pound won't help you

I like the simplicity of this tube map but the obscuring of part of the map with a consistent ad is annoying. It should only linger for a moment then clear; it doesn't
Ad-driven; not for travelers

This free map of the London tube is supported by ads. That makes it no good for travelers that don't want to incur data roaming charges. I'd rather use Google maps if I'm going to have data charges. The map itself loads quickly, but you'll need to do a lot of panning and zooming when you use it. You cannot search the map. All in all, this is less useful than a paper map, and offers none of the features you'd expect to see in a paid application. It's just a map with ads.
Simple and helpful

I just spent 9 days in London and this was a great help. It doesn't need internet access so I didn't have to worry about expensive roaming charges. You can use a paper map but after a couple days it gets beat up and it's just another thing to carry around.
