You’re latest video (realist on Sat Nov 30) has a glitch and I can’t watch it sadly, so can u please HELP me out I really want to watch it? (season 4 episode 17) I hope u can help!!!!!!!!! Please?? This app doesn’t work for me, I will tap on a video then it will say downloading video and it never download! I literally waited a whole day for the video to download and it never did!! Which is really disappointing because I watched L.O.L surprise winter disco and I loved it!!! That’s why I’m not giving this a low star because these girls take a lot of time and effort on these videos.? Love Addison Age 11

Any thing I try to like a video it NEVER works I waited 2 days and it never worked! It’s 1 so hard to tap the heart! 2. It never saves saying it’s in my favorites!!! PLEASE FIX THIS BUG!!

I really luv the app! I luv how u can use it offline too! My problem is the bugs. When I try to watch, it will always glitch for some reason, but the L.O.L surprise company really worked hard, so I will give it 5 stars. Thx u for listening ?
