Love the app. But it stopped working. Can't get anything can't even log in. Reloaded app several times. Can't even find a spot to get help. Just doesn't work anymore. Best app around- when it works

Gifs disappeared?? Every time I go on it,it says "no gifs" what's wrong..? And it used to crash a lot before this happened.
