5 STARS by Totoro. Flawless Implementation of the Logic Puzzle on Tablets. This is exactly what I was hoping it would be when I purchased the game. I works exactly like the pen-and-paper version of the puzzles and provides a good spectrum of difficulty. The best feature is the ability to "remove mistakes" from the playfield. Since I never make any mistakes(lol), it can also be used to "reassure" you that you aren't going down the wrong path if you get stuck.

The game logic assumes that if A is neither B nor C, that nothing exists which is both B and C, which is incorrect. For example, both the phrases “Fish are neither apples nor fruit”, and “apples are fruit” can both be true. Because of this, the many levels which rely on this fallacy thus only have a unique solution because this same fallacy is explicitly laid out in the rules as they are written. A very minor gripe, to be sure, but it’s nonetheless an annoyance, and fixing it has to start somewhere. Other than that, great app.

Locks up constantly under 11.2.1

Haven’t played for awhile, and can’t now. Locks up constantly under iOS 11.2.1, and wipes out the current puzzle when it does. Deleted and reinstalled same problem. Boooo 3/7/18 - Hint server fails most of the time, and ‘check your answers’ not working. Changing color scheme locks app up on occasion. 6/7/18 - No updates for 8 months. Hint server not working. This app has been abandoned by the developer. Too bad—it was the best logic puzzle app out there. 6/18/18 - Thanks for the reply Mike! Good to know fixes are on the way. I tried the Penny Dell version a while back. I could tell it was the same engine, but I didn’t like the hints on the few I tried. Looking forward to changing your rating when updated. 9/17/18 - Updated, working, and back to being my favorite logic puzzle app available!

Please update this app. Now that the new iOS is out the game continues to freeze, I can’t finish puzzles because my work isn’t saved. I’d hate to get rid of this app because it’s one of the better of its kind. Please keep up with the updates.

Surprised this app doesn't have more reviews. The interface is simple and clean. You can cross off clues as you go, and the grid is very easy to use. Hints are provided if needed. I love that they also have an "expert" time that you can beat for each puzzle, which encourages replayability. Stories are very diverse and fun. Well worth the $3 per set!

I enjoy the varying levels and puzzles but the solutions sometimes seem based a very faulty deductions... There are assumptions being made that just aren't based in the facts. So mostly it's fun but you will get stuck and just have to accept a hint to figure out their weird method.
