I can actually track my BG readings, carbs per meal, meds, doctor appointments, tests, A1C, my vital signs, doctor notes from visits, and I'm certain much more! Thank You. This App is helping me not only track all my information but SEND it via email to my doctor, his nurse & others. Includes an area for working out too. The App is pretty easy to use -- and to change, update, code the way you like to read it all. I highly recommend this to new diabetics - it helps ease you into testing & TRACKING all your numbers & records. Give it a try!!! And y'all keep on coming up with excellent improvements!!! Thanks for an inexpensive solution to take part of the "STING" away!! We need all the SIMPLE SOLUTIONS available!! Keep up the excellent work!!!

I am a type 1 diabetic with a very busy lifestyle. Prior to downloading this app I was using log books. Most monitoring apps have a lot of great tools but can be complicating to use. This app is very easy to use and perfect for simple monitoring...absolutely love it!

Need to be able to set whether this is fasting before or after which meal ect for each reading or its a waste of time in money. Too bad because in every other way it's a good app and fun to use.

UPDATE... OMG I just realized that I can track my carb count and exercises. I can't believe I have overlooked these features. I have searched for apps to do these two things and I had one under my nose for ever. I do use my data to give to my doctor...this is gonna be so helpful. What a goober I am to have lost so much time looking...and find it right in my hands all along!!!! Well I just loaded this app today. Gotta say I don't like paying for apps but gave in on this one and am very glad I did. I am very pleased with the app so far. Love the frog and sounds. Thank you for not letting me down with this app. This one is definitely a keeper.

My doctor and I love this app! In fact my Dr. Is suggesting it for her patients due to the wealth of information, the ease of use, and the ability to email current logs. She can review the log prior to my visit, which saves time and money.

Button won't work

Option is there the change reminder default after Meds from on to off, but when I tap the button to change the button, nothing happens. The check mark remains at "default off" Please fix!!

There are three features I think are missing from this app: No ability to import from a backup No ability to sync between devices "Reminders" feature doesn't appear to work. However, my kid likes it and uses it, so in that regard its a good app. Fix the missing features, and it would be 5 stars.

I have bought nearly every diabetes app in the store, and this is hands down the most efficient, intuitive & incredibly useful that makes management way less tedious. Keeps my info together, export rocks and this one app that I use constantly and consistently, with uber friendly interface that is dare I say fun to enter (that I need to get out more not withstanding;) I've learned correlations that I didn't know existed, test more and lowering the numbers:) Need to bottle this stuff:) the frog rocks! Addendum: iPhone 5 support?

I like the user interface, more fun than the standard, dry, just put the numbers in. But it doesn't get in the way of tracking everything you need to monitor to stay healthy.
