I’ll start this by saying that there’s still a lot of room for improvement in the app, but overall it’s looking very promising. I’ve been in contact with their beta team about upcoming features and so long as they keep up with what they have planned I think I’ll be using TopMaven for quite some time. Very excited about the listing landing page feature and social media post scheduling so now I don’t need to have to have my assistant do my marketing for me. So far so good!
If LinkedIn, Hootsuite, and Instagram had a baby and baptized it in the real estate industry.

I mean, I feel the title says it all. Looking forward to seeing what the app looks like in a few months with more users. As it stands the app itself is great and helps to put together landing pages for my listings, that feature is a huge time saver for me.

This app has continued spamming the agents at my brokerage with up to 10 emails per day. We’ve unsubscribed, we’ve blocked, and many of us still receive them. Each email states that another agent has invited them, but when asked they never even signed up for the service. I’ve emailed customer support and never heard back as to how we remedy this issue.
Terrible app that emails and spams your contacts without you knowing

Very deceptive business practices of emailing your contacts without making it clear they are going to do that. No opt out, making it a key step when signing up and buried in light gray text that those not subscribed will receive an email invitation. Very devious. Spamming our office with invites from other agents that never intended to invite others. No unsubscribe on their email confirmation and no response from their customer service.
Watch for hackers
this app is not goid
My brokers phone and / or email must have been hacked, and I received an invite from him for this app. I then got a random email from an agent or someone who I don’t know at all to join this app. I figured it out when I was hesitant to enter in my license number to make a profile in this app, contacted my broker, and he said he did not personally know of this app.
