I’ve been a customer of this company/app for 2+ years, and recently the service has degraded to the point that I’m taking my business elsewhere despite the convenience that they provide. The most egregious offense is that they recently lost a brand new shirt and WILL NOT return my phone calls, nor my emails. They’ve completely disappeared off the face of the earth despite still taking orders when placed. Previously my emails were returned in a timely fashion. That has changed.
No where close to 24 hour cleaning.

Unless they mean it takes 24 hours of actually cleaning it. Their schedule works like this. I drop of clothes on Monday before 1pm to be laundered, I will get it back by Friday. I’m not sure why they call it magical 24 hour cleaning. Maybe it’s an up-charge to get it expedited but I have yet to see it anywhere in the app. Otherwise my clothes came out nice and for the convenience the price wasn’t too bad. Just change your advertisement if it’s not true. Updated to 1 Star. Dry cleaning a pair of pants is listed as $6. They charge $13. They will also not answer their phone, return your voice messages or email you back. Do NOT use this service

I've called them about 15 times and sent about 10 emails over the course of a week trying to get in contact with them about an order that was never delivered as well as a broken button on a very expensive dress shirt. Their number goes almost immediately to voicemail and sounds like a general mailbox which is clearly never checked. Also, the app doesn’t work for crap. Crashes as soon as you log in.
