Did I really had to pay twice? $3 for the app and $10 to a back up? and the back up didn’t even specified it was charging anything...

Used for over 3 years with over 20 backups but when I restored my account everything was wiped out! Thankfully I emailed it all to myself as a backup, otherwise I would have lost hundreds of notes!
